#1 - Uptime Guarentee

We guarentee our uptime to be at least 99.98% and will refund you two months worth of hosting for every month during which your site suffers downtime.
Our uptime is independently monitored by webhostingstuff.com and has been since 18th October 2007, our long term statistics are calculated from that date, making them much more accurate (unlike a lot of our competitors, who reset their monitoring period when downtime occurs to bring their uptime figure back up to a misleading 100%). webhostingstuff.com reports "At 99.98% overall uptime, Artic Hosting's uptime is considered excellent."

 

#2 - Outstanding Support

We have 3 different levels of support and every package comes with a minimum of Email & Ticket Support as well as access to our support database, our response time is usually a maximum of 4 hours but is often less than 30 minutes.
Our Silver support allows you to connect with an operator in the UK who will, in 90% of cases, be able to resolve your issue whilst you are the phone to us.
Our Platinum support gives you a Freephone support number and we guarentee all issues within our control (or due to fault of ourselves) to be resolved within 90minutes.

 

#3 - Fair Prices

We price our packages fairly and don't have any silly hidden surcharges for going over your limits. A lot of our competitors have heavy fees for going over your account limits (such as exceeding bandwidth) and some will even cut of your account until the fees have been paid and the account returned to regular standing. We don't do that, if you go over your account limits you will be sent an email, you will then have 3 days to rectify the issue (whether it be upgrade your account or take action to go back into the limits), if action is taken within the 3 days you will not be charged. If after 3 days action hasn't been taken to rectify the issue we will send you a pro-rata invoice for the additional services used.

Our servers, call centeres and all of our staff are based in the UK. We do not outsource, never have and never will. We only use staff based in the UK for all of our day to day business operations not only to support the UK trade and economy but also to ensure you recieve the highest possible level of service. By commiting to 100% UK operations we can regulate our services with greater ease and rectify any issues in much more quickly and to higher standards.

 

#6 - Modern Technology

Cutting edge technology puts you ahead of the competition.
Our platform is designed in such a way that if any server fails another server automatically and without delay takes over that server's workload.
As well as this, all data is stored in two large network disk arrays. Data is automatically synchronised between the arrays so that in the event of an array failing the remaining array continues to serve data to the servers with no downtime.

The price you sign up with is the price you pay for the duration of holding an account with us (unless you upgrade of course). We do not have "introductory offers" where you get cheap hosting for the first 3 months and then up the prices, instead we will only ever charge you the charge you signed up with and if we give you some discount it will apply permanantly!

 

#9 - Money Back Guarentee

We are certain that you will be more than happy with our services, however if you do not feel like they are for you for whatever reason you can request a full refund (excludes domains and certain add-ons, see T&C's for more info) within 14 days of account activation.
